Look who's 5 months old!
Look at that little bottom up in the air!
First nap in his crib! It only lasted about 20 minutes, but I'll take it!
What a nut! I didn't strap him in for fear of waking him up. No worries, I was near him and had my eye on him the whole time!
He's working SO hard at holding his head up during tummy time!
Sweet boy sleeping on his side!
Love our little family!
3 Generations! Connor got to meet his Great Grandmother. He is one of MANY great-grands...over 70 I believe!
Both my Grandmothers, Connor, and me.
Took Connor over to my parents house and he got to see his big brother Gizmo...er, more like his Uncle Gizmo...
Father and son ♥
Look out ladies!
4th of July. Connor was feeling extra patriotic, so he thought he'd recite the pledge ;)
Connor got to meet Auntie Rachel and Auntie Tristen, my roomies from college. He enjoyed hanging out with the ladies!
YAY!!!! FIRST SMILE ON RECORD!! You have no idea how excited I was to capture this!
Sleep is rare for this little bug, so I gotta capture it when it happens!
We've had another big month.
- Connor has started sleeping in his crib at night. It was a hard decision to make, but I think we're all sleeping better. He still wakes up once a night to eat and usually goes back down. We can usually appease him with the pacifier and some music at other times.
- We are getting more and more interaction out of him. It's been a long time coming. I remember when he was still in the hospital and we both said if we could just see him smile and happy, we'd be happy. What's even better is we've been able to capture more of those smiles and laughs. Check out this video and this one if you haven't already. He still doesn't do it all the time, but we love the times he does it.
- He's getting much better at tummy time and hanging out on the floor by himself. Such an improvement from the little boy who screamed no matter what when you put him down!
- Connor has rolled over from belly to back and from back to belly! He was pretty mad the first time he did it, but he does it regularly now, especially belly to back.
I realized I hadn't been doing this monthly recap, so if you want to catch up, here are the posts: Month 1, Month 2, Month 3, and Month 4.
